Reception comments: “you booked vIa booking.com and not us, so of course yes we can treat you differently to our customers.” Parking: if you book via hotel website, they will give you priority on parking: otherwise no. Offered me parking and then in the same breath said no parking available. Then aid if you had a car, I would have given you a parking space. When unable for parking space to park 3 motorcycles, told me sorry no parking space. Showed them email confirmation, and when Daniele intervened, he apologised and allocated 3 spaces and said their booking team made an error.

Comfortable hotel in excellent location in Riva del Garda
Very comfortable hotel in a great location by the waterfront at Riva del Garda. My room had a comfortable bed and a modern en suite bathroom. I ate at the hotel restaurant and food and service were very good. Very good breakfast on the hotel terrace. I requested a parking space which was nearby in a shared hotel car park and I was able to unload my luggage at the hotel itself by the reception giving me clear instructions about how to enter the ZTL. Overall a very good experience.

Be careful with the picutres on the hotel web site.
Breakfast place, very clean, good location.
Based on the photos on the hotel's website, I booked and paid for a lake view suite, but unfortunately I didn't get it.
